On May 11, 2010, Law360 quoted Gregory J. Fleesler in an article concerning Nissan's suit accusing Johnson Electric of making faulty automotive parts that resulted in a recall. Johnson Electric contends that Nissan's faulty design caused the recall. Nissan had been resisting discovery, but Johnson Electric has obtained an order compelling them to comply with Johnson Electric's demands. Moses & Singer represents Johnson Electric in the litigation. Below are Greg's comments from the article.
