Eric Roman has substantial experience litigating commercial disputes at the trial and appellate levels in both federal and state courts across the country. He regularly represents clients in intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret issues that arise in the software, financial and telecommunications industries.
A graduate of Harvard Law School, Mr. Roman has authored articles and given talks relating to the topic of patent litigation. He is an active member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association; the Association of the Bar of the City of New York; and the New York State Bar Association, Intellectual Property Law Section. Mr. Roman is fluent in French and Spanish.
