Robert D. Lillienstein, counsel to Moses & Singer, is a member of the firm’s Employment and Labor and Litigation practices, focusing on commercial torts, unfair competition, intellectual property and business frauds. He regularly litigates restrictive covenant, non-compete, unfair competition, trade secret and duty of loyalty matters, on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants, throughout the United States.
Mr. Lillienstein has more than 20 years experience litigating complex commercial disputes, at both the trial and appellate levels, in State and Federal Courts. He advises clients on the enforceability of post-employment restrictive covenants under the laws of all states, and regularly negotiates and drafts employment and other agreements for his clients. Mr. Lillienstein also has extensive experience litigating real estate, landlord-tenant, brokerage, partnership, and environmental matters for a domestic and international clientele. He has also successfully handled several arbitrations and mediations before the AAA and JAMS.
