Philippe Zimmerman, a partner in the firm's Litigation, Employment and Labor, and Intellectual Property/Entertainment practices, has been with Moses & Singer since 1991. Mr. Zimmerman represents clients in a broad range of commercial matters, with an emphasis on intellectual property, real-estate, unfair competition, trade secrets, employment, contract and partnership oriented disputes. In addition to regularly appearing in the state and federal courts of New York, Mr. Zimmerman has represented clients before numerous courts outside of New York, including in California, Delaware, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Illinois. He is also experienced in alternative dispute resolution having appeared before the American Arbitration Association, the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Service, and the National Arbitration and Mediation Service.
Mr. Zimmerman, who is on the Board of the French-American Chamber of Commerce, has counseled a number of French companies on a wide range of matters.
