    Andrew P. Lederman joined Moses & Singer LLP in 2007 as of counsel in the firm’s Business Reorganization, Bankruptcy and Creditors’ Rights practice. Mr. Lederman’s practice is primarily focused on the representation of both publicly and privately held chapter 11 debtors, debtors in possession, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors’ committees as well as acquirers and investors in distressed assets and other significant parties-in-interest in large corporate insolvency matters and out-of-court restructurings.
    Before joining Moses & Singer LLP, Mr. Lederman was of counsel in the bankruptcy and restructuring practice at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP and he was previously the head of his own practice.
