Inbal Shem-Tov joined Moses & Singer in 2007 as an associate in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Ms. Shem-Tov is experienced in drafting and negotiating commercial leases and sub-leases and multi-million dollar commercial real estate contracts, as well as handling commercial leasing portfolios. She represents sellers, purchasers, and lenders in commercial real estate transactions and has successfully completed IRC §1031 Like-Kind Exchanges and defeasance transactions.

As a volunteer, Ms. Shem-Tov assisted in the administration of the claims process in a class action settlement brought on behalf of Holocaust victims due to the failure of Swiss Banks to disgorge the contents of their bank accounts at the end of WWII.

Ms. Shem-Tov is fluent in Hebrew and has a working knowledge of French.
