Michael N. Samuels has represented a broad range of clients, including corporations, major financial institutions, pension funds, developers, property owners, commercial tenants, real estate equity investors, and high-net-worth individuals in a wide variety of real estate transactions throughout the United States.

Mr. Samuels is active in acquisitions, sales, leasing, property management, development, and financings. He has considerable experience in representing both landlords and tenants in negotiations of sophisticated office, retail, industrial, warehouse, and garage leases and other agreements and documentation involving building ownership and landlord/tenant relationships.

Prior to joining Moses & Singer, Mr. Samuels was an associate at DLA Piper US LLP.
