Robert Heroux joined Moses & Singer in 2007. His practice focuses on a wide range of transactional tax matters. Mr. Heroux has substantial experience with limited liability company and partnership issues, tax-free and taxable corporate mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and liquidations and structuring private client investments. He has also been involved in a broad array of private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and REIT transactions.
