Loren M. Debel joined Moses & Singer LLP as an Associate in 2005 after working as a Summer Associate in 2004. Mr. Debel works primiarly in the Corporate, Securities and M&A practice group where he represents private and public companies on a range of corporate, securities and M&A matters.
Prior to attending law school Mr. Debel worked in graphic design and advertising.
