Alvin H. Schulman has been a partner with Moses & Singer since 1986. His practice areas include corporate and commercial law, trusts and estates and intellectual property.
Mr. Schulman was President of Josephson International, Inc. for twelve years and was an executive of two of its talent agency subsidiaries: International Creative Management, Inc. and ICM Artists, Ltd. He has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, including talent and distribution agreements in the motion picture industry, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Schulman is past Chair of two Committees of The Association of the Bar of The City of New York: The Committee on State Legislation and The Committee on Professional and Judicial Ethics. He also served for a number of years as a member of the Association's Grievance Committee. He previously served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Edmund L. Palmieri, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
